Jay Woodman is the writer name for Julia Woodman as she has already published a lot of poetry under that name, and used to publish and edit a poetry & art mag called Rustic Rub and an environmental mag called And What of Tomorrow.
Julia is currently self-employed as a writer and is writing a book about the evolution of consciousness.
She also writes personal development courses available by email and runs local workshops on topics such as Stress Busting, Meditation, Finding your Joy, Create-a-Dance, Sacred Perspectives, and does talks and poetry readings. She also works as a poet in Schools.
Julia is trained as a Life Coach, Counselor, and Healer, and also practices these locally in a holistic life centre and by doing home visits.
She is trained to work with young people, children, and families. Also with schools and businesses.
I am a personal development coach, healer, and writer so am able to write articles from what i know and learn generally and have not usually used any particular resource. I am also a counsellor and life coach and always looking for ways to help my clients better, which leads me to think and write more.

Experience
I have worked and studied in cost accounting and finance early on, then travelled a lot, then had a family while editing and pubilshing environmental mag and then poetr and art mag.
Trained and worked as healer, dowser, life coach, counsellor, and now also do thai foot massage. i have always been a writer and artist and have had lots of poetry and art published from an early age, but now write personal development guides and books, and run workshops.
I have also worked a lot in jobs helping people, particularly young people who had been in care or other difficulties, and also in schools as a special needs or classroom assistant, and as a visiting poet too.
