With no industry experience nor contacts, Ken learned the staffing business out of a book. After reading a few pages, Ken went on Monster.com and within two cold-calls had his first two clients, one of which was Euro Money/Institutional Investor. The original name of the company was KS Consultation, which was changed when the State of New York called Ken to the courthouse to determine whether he was running a physician practice out of an apartment. After waiting in line for 2 hours to reregister the company, out of ideas, Ken just named the company after his initials - Kenneth Alan Sundheim. On his free time, Ken was made a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council which is comprised of best-selling authors, dot-com millionaires, and CBS News and Backstage Reporters. He also volunteers for a student entrepreneurship websiteFledgeWing.com
