How would you like to obtain a powerful appetite suppressant that not only drastically decreases your appetite but also works better the more you use it and, even though it’s a powerful hormone, is 100% safe to use?

As a weight loss coach who dislikes gimmicks and weight loss “supplements” of any type, this interest in leptin has my full blessing. However there is some misinformation out there that I would like to rectify in this article. But, don’t worry, the news is good.
First of all just to impress you with the scientific basis of the claims about leptin, let me quote to you directly from my “bible” of fat metabolism: The Fundamentals of Anatomy and Physiology by Frederick Martini et al:
“Social factors, psychological pressures, and dietary habits are all important. There is also evidence that complex hormonal stimuli interact to affect appetite. The hormone leptin released by fat tissue when being utilized for energy by the body, plays a role in appetite suppression. This released leptin binds to neurons in the Central Nervous System that deal with emotion AND the control of appetite”

Martini admits that the exact mechanisms the body uses to produce this hormone are still unclear but the evidence gathered since this textbook was written (1998) is promising.
I have done my own experiments with leptin in the laboratory of my own body and my conclusion is that this leptin stuff is for real.

To get your leptin you must skip a meal. Are you still with me? Are you so hypnotized by food that the thought of skipping a meal means you won’t even give leptin a try?
It’s not as difficult as you think. Here’s how it works: Let’s say you skip lunch. At around 1:00pm or so you will be starving. If you can just hang in there without eating anything, about two hours later your body will start to metabolize body fat. At that point, leptin begins to slowing enter your bloodstream and your appetite diminishes greatly. Then your goal is to go as long as you can allowing leptin do its work and then have a normal meal when you are truly hungry.
Although there is a lot more I need to explain (it’s all in my free report) if you do the above on a regular basis you will definitely burn body fat.
What I try to teach my students is the “skill” of leptin production. It can be learned and, although it’s not rocket science, my one paragraph explanation above is really inadequate. I encourage you to research the topic further so you can become adept at producing this life-changing hormone and benefit from its wonderful effects on the appetite.
