UNITED STATES, Oct 27 — A To Do list is a powerful way to manage the things we need to do.  But what do we put on our To Do list and how to do we keep it up to date?   The problem is that identifying To Do’s and keeping them up to date is hard, and often frustrating, work:  especially when other people make changes that affect your To Do’s. A To Do list is a powerful way to manage the things we need to do.  But what do we put on our To Do list and how to do we keep it up to date?

The problem is that identifying To Do’s and keeping them up to date is hard, and often frustrating, work:  especially when other people make changes that affect your To Do’s.

If you have to personally keep track of everything important that is happening around you, you will quickly become exhausted.  But without keeping track of what is happening around you, your To Do list will be quickly outdated and its usefulness will rapidly decline.

Therefore we need more than a To Do list.  We need a simple means to keep our To Do list synchronized with what is happening and needs to happen around us.

TASKey has found that connecting your To Do list to simple one page plans and other people’s To Do lists is an effective way to update your To Do list and those of other people involved.

By arranging a number of one page plans into a simple tree, strategies and projects can be linked to your To Do list.  So now what you need to do for small and bigger plans can drive your To Do’s.

The key is providing a simple way to keep the relevant information and our To Do list synchronized.  The following graphic shows some of the information that affects our To Do list.

TASKey Me2Team online software is more than a To Do list.  It provides you with a simple, automatically updated, online To Do list that keeps your To Do list synchronized with relevant information.  In other words, it does a lot of the hard and frustrating work for you.

Manually created and updated To Do lists are better than simply trying to remember, but making it easy to synchronize relevant information with your To Do list makes getting things done together significantly easier.
