In this method of fundraising, there are bricks kept for sales to the public in lieu of monetary terms as consideration. This type of fundraising is special and memorable for the donor for a long-long time as he gets a brick of his own as a return for his donations contributed to complete the cause of the nonprofit organizations like schools, churches, charitable establishments or government agencies.
The donor for the cause becomes the owner of one or more bricks that he purchases in the campaign and he is given a chance of inscribing his personal messages or his own name on the brick as a memorizing piece for his donations. These inscribed bricks form a part of the construction that will be built in the future and reveal the donor’s message or name until the establishment remains in the region.
The common reason for arranging bricks fundraising campaign is for establishing a construction or brick structure on the place with the prime and general reason being ‘public interest’. Bricks fundraising campaign had been a great success until date for most of the non-profit organizations as it magnetizes public interest towards the cause and the output of the campaign is fruitful for the public in one or the other way. Only a roomy area in the indoor or outdoor with well-arranged tiled bricks on the floor or in vertical position is necessary for organizing a fundraising campaign with help of bricks. Followed by the setting up of a campaign location, immediate step is to promote the campaign in the area or between the other members of the association with the support of committee members. Thus, with enhanced planning and cooperation among the members of the organization, a bricks fundraising campaign can be successful to raise the resources for the required cause.
