U nfortunately most To Do lists in the workplace require a lot of time and effort to find relevant To Do’s and create a personal To Do list.  Then keeping the To Do list up to date and relevant people informed about changes requires even more time and effort.

There is an urgent need for smarter To Do lists that:

·        make it easy to identify and create a personal To Do list,

·        update To Do lists and related Plans when actions are completed by me or other people I am working with, and

·        keep me and others informed about changes that affect To Do lists.
Smart To Do lists are a lot more than simply creating an electronic version of a paper based list. My To Do list needs to be integrated and synchronized with action plans, meeting actions and other people’s To Do lists.   People need to be kept informed about changes that affect their To Do’s, and To Do’s actually completed need to drive progress reporting.
Recent technological advances in software and web and mobile access makes moving to smart To Do list functionality easy to achieve.
TASKey has developed and validated web and mobile software that creates and manages smart To Do lists.

An amazingly simple, one page plan template identifies To Do’s and the people involved.  The plan template has been used by 10,000 people in over 175 countries.

A To Do list is created for each user by finding all relevant To Do’s in relevant plans.  This process ensures that all To Do lists and all plans are integrated.  When a person completes a To Do, the relevant plan is updated and other relevant people’s To Do lists are also updated.  This keeps all plans and To Do lists synchronized.  Completed actions drive progress and trigger feedback.

With Smart To Do lists, significantly less time and effort is required to manage To Do lists and coordinate plans.  Plus people are less stressed, because can better identify the best use of their time.
