MACEDONIA, Sep 10 — The research which is made in relation to this issue shows that children (especially children age 5 and younger and toddlers) including and older children even teens and pre – teens face to the same consequences. In the most cases watching a scary movie can produce a serious case of anxiety. The usual symptoms are aggressiveness, sleeping disorder and self-endangerment. There is no need to say that these games contain a huge amount of gore and bloodbath, especially the torture games, the zombie games can give them all kinds of nightmares

he research which is made in relation to this issue shows that children (especially children age 5 and younger and toddlers) including and older children even teens and pre – teens face to the same consequences. In the most cases watching a scary movie can produce a serious case of anxiety. The usual symptoms are aggressiveness, sleeping disorder and self-endangerment. But the most often symptom that appears while watching horror movies is shaking or trembling, sweating, crying or screaming, fever, chills and loss of appetite, upset stomach, clinging to a companion, fear of dying, dizziness or faintness, increased heart rate, feeling of unreality, shortness of breath and etc…
Among many children, appears the avoidance of real life situations that has been shown before in a fictional way on screen. They feel threatened facing those situations, situations that caused the original fear and they simply tend to avoid them as much as they can.
The appearance of obsession is also common. The subject after viewing the horror movie obsessively talks about the stimulus that produces fear, thinking that if he-she talks about the situations that make him-her fear he-she will release himself-herself and alienate from what he-she has seen.
Nightmares, we all have them after watching something that has scared us to death. Someone has them just one night and the others for longer. No matter how long they last, nightmares put us on a situation to feel again the same fear that we have felt before.
Many adults have learned from their experience to recognize the stimulus that scare them, and they avoid movies and TV shows that content them. Otherwise children still don’t know what their fear is or how it appears, that’s why we have to be very careful about what we are watching on our screens when they are next to us.
But it’s a fact that everyone loves a good scare now and then, we all want to test our rate of fear. That’s why horror video games became so popular and they are becoming more and more realistic. Our tip to you is enjoy and work out all you fears but be sure that your children are peacefully sleeping in their worm beds.
But horror movies are not the only ones that you must protect your children from, scary games are also something that may cause them the same effects as a full length horror movie. The scariest part is that these games can be found everywhere on the net. There is no need to say that these games contain a huge amount of gore and bloodbath, especially the torture games, the zombie games can give them all kinds of nightmares.
We all know that it’s not good when our children are overprotected, but still a little control now and then doesn’t hurt anyone.
